When you're ready, contact me for the mailing address to send your custom keepsakes or reach out to arrange an in-person delivery. Your items, including any shadow box orders, will be handled with the utmost care throughout the creation process, especially if you choose premium paper upgrades.
Deposit Required
Because every keepsake is custom-made, A -
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we can begin creating your custom keepsakes, including any shadow box orders or premium paper upgrades.
Once your deposit is received:
• Your custom keepsakes project will officially be added to my schedule. • Design work for your shadow box orders will begin. • Your completion timeframe will be confirmed, alongside any premium paper upgrades you may choose.
Payment Options
You can send your deposit for custom keepsakes using any of the following methods: • Click to Pay on Cash App • Click to Pay on Venmo • Click to Pay on PayPal for premium paper upgrades and shadow box orders.
I also offer a local in-person cash payment option for those interested in custom keepsakes. If you are nearby and would prefer to meet locally to discuss your shadow box orders or premium paper upgrades, please reach out to arrange that.
Important Information
• A deposit for your custom keepsakes is due within 3 days of placing your order.
• The remaining balance for your shadow box orders is due before shipping or delivery.
Once payment has been sent, please reply with confirmation or a screenshot so I can verify your order and get started on your premium paper upgrades.
